The Origin Story
Windborne House was born in the desert wind, during a season of exile and return.
In the depths of darkness, tearing at canvas (literally), crying to star-speckled skies, speaking into the void of my own pathology, I found myself at the edge. My shadow parts rose up, demanding integration or annihilation. They were fierce, relentless, unignorable. My internal winds came face-to-face with the external desert wind, and she was merciless. She stripped away everything that wasn't true, everything I'd built to avoid feeling the fullness of being here.
Through the spiral of that dark season, I clawed my way back to myself. I gathered my scattered parts. I built a home inside my own heart, a place where all of me could finally live. Windborne House emerged from that homecoming: a practice born of reclamation, rooted in the understanding that being here, fully incarnated, fully present, is both the hardest and most sacred work we do.
This is windborne work. To be windborne is to be carried by the fierce, transformative force that brings us into form. It is Lee Carroll's "Wind of Birth," the moment soul meets body, when we spiral into incarnation and commit to being here. Fully. Messily. Completely.
What It Means to Be Windborne
To be windborne is to be incarnated, not halfway, not hesitantly, but with all soul parts spiraled safely within the sacred heart. It means being present in this body, this life, this exact moment in time. It means gathering the scattered pieces of ourselves from wherever we left them, in past trauma, in dissociation, in the coping mechanisms that once kept us safe but no longer serve.
Being windborne is karmic work. It's the spiral of growth we came here to walk: inward to find essence, outward to express it, and inward again to deepen. As above, so below. As within, so without. The spiral is both mirror and path.
Windborne House exists to support sensitive folks, healers, and helpers so you can live your incarnation and support others in connecting to theirs. We help you gather your parts, clarify your voice, and cultivate a life of resonance and vitality.
Because when you're fully here, fully expressed, fully committed to your incarnation, your life becomes a beacon for others finding their way home to themselves.
The Spiral as Method
We don't work in straight lines. We work in spirals.
The spiral is both our philosophy and our process. It honors that growth isn't linear, we return again and again to the same themes, the same wounds, the same questions, but each time we return, we do so from a deeper place of understanding. The spiral brings us inward to clarify essence, then outward to express it in the world, then inward again to integrate what we've learned.
This is how soul work happens.
At Windborne House, we move with the spiral's rhythm. We don't rush you past the uncomfortable parts or skip the integration phase to get to the "healing," or the “launch.” We honor the season you're in. We revere the pace of your nervous system. We trust the process of descent and return. We know that the most potent work happens when we're willing to spiral deep and bring back the treasure within.
The Invitation
If you've found your way here, you're likely in a season of transformation.
Maybe you're emerging from your own dark night, clawing your way back to yourself, gathering your parts, ready to build something true. Maybe you're being called to step more fully into your work, to stop playing small, to let yourself be seen. Maybe you're in the spiral's turning point, where what got you here won't take you where you need to go next.
Whatever season you're in, Windborne House is here to walk it with you.
We don't promise easy. We don't offer formulas or shortcuts. What we offer is depth, truth, and reflection. We offer the kind of support that honors your whole journey, the shadow and the light, the exile and the homecoming, the wound and the gift it became.
May our work together be of service to you.
May our oneness be known, felt, and bring healing.
And so it is.
